So, you're ready to talk to the world? You've got your podcast recorded, edited and authored...all that's left is to create your rss feed, publish your xml file, and we're off to the races!
On today's podcast we talk about authoring your file by using a blog service such as blogger or wordpress. We also chat about software you can get to make your publishing simple and straightforward...programs such as feeder or list garden. We talk about hosting your audio files and offer a few suggestions on picking a host. And finally we chat a little about tagging your podcast and using CMS plugins to help with the publishing process.
But, before all this, we chat about Chatsum and IBM teaching CMS thru drupal. MF gives us "This Week in Geek" in which we banter about Firefox and it's new beta version, and about a guy who traded a paperclip for a house....wow!
Oh, and once more, we give away a $5 gift certificate to an unsuspecting listener....All on this weeks Geeks and God podcast.

distortion?
Hello my Geeky Brothers,
Hey, I listened to the Podcasting #3 today on my way to work and loved it, but it seemed to have some digital distortion in it??? It wasn't terribly bad, but was noticible throughout. Sounded kind of like Tinker Bell sprinkling Pixie Dust! I still had Podcasting #2 on my ipod so I went back and forth between the two and don't hear it at all on #2, only #3...also, possibly related, #3 sounds "hotter" than #2...
Anyway, other than that it was sweet! Looking forward to your thoughts on Storage!!!
Paul
Thanks!
Hey Paul....
Yeah, we've had other listeners mention this as well. I thnk I got a little overzealous when recording that 'cast. The levels were a little hot and we had some popping going on.
Thanks for the feedback!
