I did something to jack the rss part up. Each page now has two rss icons. Ones for the pages feed the other is ../audio/feed. Where do I go to remove the audio/feed one?

Theme...

It sounds like you have one printing in your theme, right? I'd suggest just removing that one. But I have a feeling you would have thought of that, so maybe that doesn't answer your question...

Its in the views module I think

I was messing with views and thats when it all started. I noticed if I turn off the "views RSS" part of the views module, the extra rss feed icon goes away. So its something there. It states for that part of the module that "RSS plugin for the views feed selector argument." I dont know what I did.

Heres what I mean

I got the site half way navigatable.

So you can see on the front page the two RSS icons. Also its on pages like some of the weekly studies which uses the audio module. If I turn off the Views RSS feature they are gone, but it also turns off the rss features for other content as well. Im not sure how to correct this.

Different Feeds

Ok, these are 2 different feeds..not a duplication of one feed. One is your audio feed, the other is your product feed. It seems to me that you should just turn off your feed for the product nodes (you don't need a feed for this, do you?), then you'd be good....

Or, you could go the other way: there's no need to have your audio/podcast feed chicklet on every page, so you could change that to only display on your audio/podcast pages.

First, thanks for taking a

First, thanks for taking a look.

Now for me being lame. Where do I go to do this? I looked in the modules and only see certain areas to turn off feeds. I noticed that the audio feed is nearly on every page, even when in admin mode.

Looks like its fixed but..

This is what I ended up doing that corrected it.
I went to administer>sitebuilding>views. I didnt have an option to edit the audio view which I believe was put there by the audio module. I clicked on the add button to the right of it.
I scrolled down to the Arguments. In there was an argument type "RSS: RSS feed selector" and the under default it was selected to display all values. I just clicked on delete button to delete that argument and saved.

That seemed to work. But now in my list of views I have two audio views. One is listed under the existing views and the other is under default. Which I guess is fine because it looks as though the existing view overrides the default.

I guess its allright. I wish there was some sort of Drupal pill out there. Take a pill and know everthing about drupal. I just get so irritated with this learning curve.

Known issue with audio module

I guess Im not the only one with this issue. Looks like an ongoing problem with the audio module.
