Set the teaser of a post to where I want?

the break tag
You can tell the teaser to cut off where you want it with the break tag. where you want your teaser to end put this:
<!--break-->
The teaser will go from the start up to this tag. You can find out some more details on messing with the teaser at http://drupal.org/node/133114.

Messing with the teaser part of a post. Is there a way I can select it to cut off for the teaser where I want it to?
