Drupal 6 functions via Drupal 5 module

Some forward, some backward
This is a little of the drupal 6 core being moved to contrib and some of contrib moving to drupal 6 core.
Both openid and actions moved from contrib to core. Yet, what's in core is a lot better than what's in contrib.
Password strength, update status and the javascript aggregator are examples of drupal 6 features moved back to drupal 5.
The best features from drupal 6 can't be moved back though. Like the new menu system or CSS only themes.

I've noticed in recent months I'm finding many of the Drupal 6's new core features, can be added to Drupal 5 via contrib modules.
