Hey Rob (& all),

Before your old blog went down, I thought you posted how to create pure .CSS gradients. Unfortunately, I never read just how you recommended implementing them.

I did some searching and found this. It certainly exhibits some programming wizardry the way it generates on the fly, but the resulting code is a lot more bloated than simply referencing a single image.

Any thoughts on how to best call a simple gradient?
