Corinth...
I'm glad to hear that episode helped. When we were going thru that series, we felt like it may not have been very good...we weren't really "experts" in those areas.
But, to me, if we helped one person get some ideas for their mission project, then the entire thing was worth it. Glad to hear that it helped you and your missionary friend.

Glad to help. If you have any feedback on what worked, what didn't, or what ever we would love to hear it and share it with our listeners.

I've been going thru Geeks and God's past podcasts and came across the one on missions. That was a lot of good stuff. I could've used it last year :)
I went with one of our missionaries to Western Samoa in the South Pacific. The islands have some tech. Their internet access is mainly Dial-Up, but they do have a couple of internet cafes that have DSL.
I went there and was totally unprepared technologically. I figured I'd be able to film and edit some videos and upload them to a service like Xdrive. Didn't happen.
So I settled for setting up a photobucket account and uploaded photos to that. Which sufficed, but I had wanted to do more. I didn't know about Wordpress or Blogger at the time, that would've really come in handy.
Now the missionary I had went with is getting ready to go back in a couple of months and your podcast gave some really good ideas.
Thanks for setting this site up. Just wanted to let you know that you guys have been super-helpful.
