1st, I'll be calling MTS to find out if they rent out their dorm rooms in the summer. Some schools do this and you can get a cheap room to stay in.

2nd, I'm driving to the conference from New York. More than likely I'll be traveling along I90 most of the way. I don't know how long it would take to go through 2 border checks if I zip through Canada. Probably longer than going south around Lake Erie. If anyone is interested in carpooling at any point along the way, hit me up here.

If anyone in the Detroit area knows what it's like to go through those border crossings, your input would be of great value.

Thanks,

John

No on-campus lodging

FYI--

MTS doesn't have on-campus housing so no-go on the cheap lodging.

I'm still looking for someone to carpool with if anyone is interested.

Thanks,

John
