I need to update this list, but it's pretty extensive and should be a solid starting point...

Our church was looking to get a new video mixing board. The one we're using is about 8 or 9 years old. We would like one with fire wire out so we can capture the services straight to PC as well as to DVD and VHS.
I'm a real noob when it comes to professional video equipment. I know these mixers are out there and I've done some window shopping online, but really haven't found what we are looking for.
I was wondering what some of your churches use for video mixing and capture. Or if you have some suggestions, I am open. I'm needing some help here.
