Can you describe what you mean about feeding your mIRC into drupal? Do you mean you are looking for drupal chat in IRC or are you looking to record something from IRC in drupal?
Check out the Bot module. Among other things, it looks like it can log channels it joins and make the logs visible via a Drupal site. There are also several additional feature ideas floating around in the issue queue in various states of development.
