Anybody have any experience or tips for redoing a church website? Our church is looking to do that (perhaps move to drupal using the G&G podcast series!), and this is what I'm thinking:
Phase One: Allow congregation to voice their desires for the new website. In addition, see if there are any drupal experts, graphics designers, etc. that could help.
Phase Two: Look at results from Phase One and see if we should do it in-house or outsource.
Phase Three: Plan out website; design; code; Etc.
Phase Four: Show beta version of website to a few folks from congregation and get feedback.
Phase Five: Launch.
Phase Six: Reevaluate after a few months.
Those phases were just off the top of my head, but I'm curious if there is any other input from the G&G community.
Thanks!

I think you'll want to listen to Episode 80: Website Preproduction, and also the The Boagworld web design podcast (they are on a month long break, so a good time to try to catch up on relevant episodes).
