I'm betting it's not their yet. It sounds like an interesting idea and, if I understand correctly, extending views to support this is likely possible. I recently saw a module called Extendr that extends Views to provide Flickr nodes and that sort of thing. It might be a step in the right direction if you're willing to extend Views.
I recently began playing around with Disqus and like how the whole comment vibe syncing works. However, I'm not liking the block they offer for recent comments and would like to develop my own using Views 2 (it's a Drupal 6 site). I went in and looked around Views, but couldn't find anything Disqus. Am I blind, is it hard to find, or is it not there?
