Am looking for some help-desk style options for a local build of Drupal. Shrop mentioned that he is using a CCK+Views system with Actions and workflow module to create the workflow. I'm open to customizing it to the extent that he is, but I am wondering if any one has any "best practices" or easy solutions they have come up with.
