I am faced with the task of needing to allow our church website to track member attendance in small groups. i.e. who is in a small group, who is not.... I understand this is easy if the small group members are registered users but what about the non-site user. What is the best way to create a user that can be tracked in Drupal? Should I use civiCRM? Is it possible to create a user that the secretary can enter information for or create a "non-user CCK type"....how can I integrate when a non-user becomes a registered user? Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
