I think I found it. It's on the "All" media display, in the Page Settings section as part of the Menu option. If that one is set to be the default menu tab, there should be a little Options gear icon next to it. Click that icon to get to the Default Tab options and you'll find another Title field. That's probably the one you're looking for.

I created this view based on the popular views, but I can't figure out how to remove the "Popular Content" part. That should say, "Media." Any help?
