This place has some good links.

There might be some more good options at Google Search: free music loops podcasts
The really good stuff is paid for even though it is then royalty free. Our media guy has packs of music with intros, loops, and closers that sound great. It really needs some good quality and finesse to blend in behind talking.
Another one I was thinking of is http://music.podshow.com but I don't think they do loops. They have Christian music and instrumental stuff.
Here's the link to my own website where I've looped the greatest part of my discography: http://mugeek.jontom.net
It's been 2 years since the last post but I launched the website a months ago so... perhaps you might still be interested in something new! There are more than 500 loops, all free to download. I think the quality is just fine but check out for yourself. I've tried to cover many genres like acoustic, contemporary, spoken word, intros, jazz, electronic, urban and more.
If you have any suggestion or would like to see more stuff in a particular genre, just let know! Otherwise I'll try to compose new music keeping an eye on my stats :)
Happy downloading!
I'm thinking about broadcasting some announcements and snippets of ministry teaching on my website. I was playing with Audacity and I know I can record and have a background music track.
Does anyone know of any free royalty free music loops that would go nicely under and announement?
Any other suggest for a potentional first time podcaster???
