Simple CMS

Hey All!

I'm looking for a simple CMS with not alot of features that you can easily style and post content to.
I think I've found it http://modxcms.com Is called Mod-x CMS.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Let me say something I have NO, NONE, NADA, PHP experience. Something easy just cut and paste a few lines of code into the site and then bam it works! Thats what I'm looking for.

Perhaps you should try

Perhaps you should try learning some basic back-end programming. With the way the web's going, it's becoming increasingly helpful to at least have a little knowledge of something like PHP, Ruby, or Python. CMS integration would likely be a whole lot easier, or you could even build your own the specifications you'd like. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

I would agree with Sun'd.

I would agree with Sun'd. The best CMS to suit your own needs is often the one you have to build yourself. Believe me, a simple CMS is not terribly hard to make. You can find login scripts from the Internet and use that code to start. That is usually the problem with most php programmers... the stinking login system. Start out with the simple and build as the site gets more complex and therefore requires more features.

Facebook: Link - Nice use of AJAX and well developed back-end.

I just redesigned my site

I just redesigned my site with CMS Made Simple --- after brief experience with TYPO3 / WEC project, Joomla, and Drupal....it was definately the simplest....I don't have major requirements!

Though I did like the templates I found for JOOMLA best, I found they were too difficult to change

Edited to add:
Here is my site if anyone is interested!
