I want to know about a "siemens" router without having admin rights to it.Is it possible??
Also i want to know if i can forward a port?? I seems all the ports are closed .
My torrent client utorrent is having problem connecting as it limits the network traffic.
If you don't have the admin rights you probably don't have the authority to mess with the Siemens router or use utorrent on your network. You will have to talk to whoever administers it.
