Google Apps help

I just set up Google Apps for our church. I have a few questions:

  1. I have an existing Gmail/Calendar account that I'd like to integrate (not import) into the church's domain system. I don't want to import it, because people are subscribed to the calendar, and I want those subscriptions to stay active. In fact, I'd like that to be the central calendar for the church. How do I set that up properly?
  2. Is there a way to batch-modify calendar events? I'd like to set all untimed events (mostly birthdays) to private or only accessible by a certain group, but all timed events (actual church events & meetings) to public so we can eventually integrate with Drupal. I'd also like to move a batch of items from one owner to another. I can do this one-at-a-time, but I have a few hundred that I'd like to move at once.
  3. When we set it up, it didn't ask for proof of non-profit status. I know we get extra features as a non-profit--how do I do that?

Thanks.

Send a copy of your 501(c)3 to Google. If you are part of a Denomination, you will probably NOT have a copy of this, and will not be able to get one. Your Denomination would be considered the Non-Profit. If you are a congregational church, independent, non-denom, or part of a decentralized fellowship, then you probably ARE registered as a 501(c)3 non-profit with the IRS.
