Thanks for the introduction...and welcome to G&G! I was going to say the same thing in response to your e-mail, but I'll say it here. it's great to have you...hope you find lots of company and information here to help you journey through the christian tech world.

Thanks Rob - I have been enjoying your video podcasts over at http://mustardseedmedia.com/podcast - nice to see how the experts do things! I am sure I will be flying in Drupal soon - your videos are a great help towards that goal :)

I am Andy - I am a Geek and I love God - I also think Geek is Chic!
I am a long time (~13 years) web developer (LAMP) in a Christian University setting (www.tyndale.ca). I am a one-man team so i manage everything - the server, the db, the graphics, code, copy and even wrote our own CMS which currently handles our 7000+ page site.
We are in the middle of changing of changing over to Drupal which led me to this site. As I work through this process I hope I can share some of what I learn and maybe learn a thing or two from this community. I do play a bit with Wordpress as well...
Most importantly I am a husband and father of two great kids - one of which is in Malawi Africa right now on a mission trip :) - pray for her!! (www.mymission.ca/malawi)
