Purchasing Software for churches

I need to purchase some video, photo and web software. I was looking at Adobe's Master Collection. Now it is regularly $2k+. With my education status, I can get it for 1k. But since I'm using it primarily for the church we can the church purchase it from?

Applies to churches as well...

almost all educator's discounts apply to churches and other non-profits as well. Wherever you buy the educational suite from you should be able to buy it for the church.

I use Adobe Premiere and Photoshop in my day job, as well as After Effects. It's a great suite of programs. Also, you can find CS 3 at steep discounts now that CS 4 is out... I'd go that route, if I were you. Use google's shopping search here:

This should give you a list of stores selling CS3

Non-profit discount

Our Church buys all its software at Consistent Computer Bargains - http://www.1computerbargains.com
Their website is sometime hard to find what you're looking for, but they're very helpful on the phone. We bought CS4 Web Premium and an Upgrade Package at a nice discount for non-profits.
