is T&C a good idea for a church website... can any1 help...

Depends on whether it's just

Depends on whether it's just a static website with no community features. If you have a forum, allow comments, or any type of visitor posting, then yes a T&C would be needed as well as a Privacy Policy.

its a website built with drupal... the pastor of my church is going to be writing a T&C... but can you provide any help in what would go in privacy policy...

Are you going to have forums, visitor comments and stuff like that?

If so, I'd just find a church that is doing what you're doing and copy their privacy policy. It's cheaper to have a lawyer review the document than it is for them to "write" it (most lawyers have prewritten documents and a set fee).

have forums visitor comments and stuff like that... so pretty much what your saying is that get some1 else's privacy policy and change there to yours... and make it fit your site... have i got it so far...
