If that article is true then Google has done a horrible job at it.
And IMHO, people shouldn't get all gung-ho about doing an all Flash site.
As I try to tell the designers where I work, "Flash is just one tool in a tool set to build a website. You wouldn't build a whole house with just a hammer and nails would you?"
