I run a web design company called Divine Designs.ca. We do crstian and secular websites, giving discounted rates to companies that are seeking to advance the Kingdom of God Up as a way of "sowing" into the kingdom.
Until recently I have been doing most everything myself, but am now looking for key people to help with key areas of my business, one of them being search engine optimization and website marketing. I am not looking for another company to help with this. I am looking for someone who is willing to work for me, from the comfort of their own home as my seo expert. The average scenario working as follows: A customer of ours is in need of website marketing, we tell them that we will have our website marketing team member contact them. This team member will have an email address within our company (name @ divinedesigns.ca) and will correspond with the customer to find out their needs, and put together a proposal. Once the proposal is approved by me, it is sent to the customer and the marketing person will get a percentage of the total cost proposed.
I think it makes the most sense for the optimizer to make the code-related changes where possible, so the best case scenario would be to have someone with a knowledge of html, css, and php. However, I am not sure this is totally necessary as this person may also have the option to submit a detailed report to the programmer who can make the changes accordingly.
I have been getting some decent results myself. For example: If you type "Arena Products" into google (or any of his products really), "International Arena Poducts" is a client of mine. If you type "Countertop Refinishing" into google, "Global One Countertops" is a client of mine.
