My church has recently started teaming up with missionaries, more than just sending them a check. Last year we went to Italy and ran an American camp for the Italian teens. This was an absolute blessing, and it has turned into so much more.

Our Italian missionary came back to the states, and desperately wanted me to come back with him to do tech ministry, specifically web site work. After informing him that it's called the World Wide Web for a reason, I embarked on setting up 3 web-sites, 1 for each of his 2 churches and 1 for the camp. They are Joomla based sites, with Google Apps for e-mail and collaboration. Both have Italian as the default language and English for me. All three took 3 hours to get setup to the point where we are going to add menus and content, all done before his flight landed at his next US church visit. So, this is more of church website planting, I get it setup, give some instructional on use, and they take it over from there.

I just wanted to put this out to encourage others who are gifted that they may be able to help encourage their missionaries in this capacity.
