I am a web designer working for a missionary to Uganda. She is leaving for a book tour this coming Thursday to raise money for the work she is doing in Uganda. We currently have a need that we have been trying to address. She wants to create a small video page with a email capture field that collects supporters email addresses and would easily be stored in a database that could transfer emails to various accounts. She will be meeting lots of people and needs a way to collect email addresses to form communications in the future. We have come up with an idea but I need the guidance and possibly the help to create the programming side of it. This project is relatively small and may or may not be able to pay but would rather be a small opportunity to greatly impact her communication process for the work of the Lord in Uganda. Furthermore there may be opportunity to develop the right relationship for paying clients in the future of my ministry/business. As I do need someone that can offer functional web products with database functionality.

For now we would like to create a page that has an email address capture field, with a submit button that redirects to a down load page. We need a functional and scalable database that can retrieve, store (possibly have multiple storage variables), and that can deliver the emails to the right places. We need to know how this should be set up and function. We would rather do it right than just a small quick fix. We also need to know how to code a download page and recommendations on the right video screen (something that function over the top of the web page like light box).
