Try Media Player Classic or VLC.

Edit: Oops! I posted without checking your links and didn't see that you wanted a Flash movie player for the web /blush.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blush.gif" />
Ya, I love VLC player /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
Thanks anyway.
Try these, one is TOOBPlayer and the other is called JW Flash Media Player.
I personally like Toobplayer better.

What do you gonna do with the flash video player?
Do you want to put it to a web page and use it to play online video on the web page? Or just use to play flash video on your computer?
If you just want to use it to play flash movie on your computer, you can check this article "Softwares, programs that can play FLV (Flash video) on computer".
If you want to display flash video on web page, hope this flash video player maker called Moyea Moyea web player pro can help you. Compared with JW FLV media player and flowplayer, it is less popular yet easier to use.
I want to find a good simple GPL/MIT/BSD flash player for movies.
(I might even pay a little for one if I have too.)
I know I found some a while ago but I can't remember where they are. All I found are these:
