Try these, one is TOOBPlayer
Try these, one is TOOBPlayer and the other is called JW Flash Media Player.
I personally like Toobplayer better.

What do you gonna do with the flash video player?
Do you want to put it to a web page and use it to play online video on the web page? Or just use to play flash video on your computer?
