Hi John,
Nice to see an AG guy...Great sites. Did you use TYPO3 for any or all of those in your list? I don't have much time tonight, but certainly by the feature list I don't think it's lacking much.. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
I'll go more in depth on that tomorrow. Thank you John, God bless - Doug
OK, the bottom line is that our site is old and tired and while I thank the Lord for it, I know it's time to rebuild. I am looking to move to a real CMS model and haven't used one before so... my request this:
Would some seasoned folks be willing to get an overview of our current site content and then recommend some CMS systems that might work well. I plan to lose the whole TOOLBOX thing and would really like to make our articles and links more prominent and accessible. I haven't decided if we're going to add a forum or blog yet, but I'd like to be able to add that without great pain should we go there. Definitely need a nice, easy way to manage frequent news, articles, audio, and pdf content like we have now.
I looked briefly through Sean's latest project and liked his CMS. I think that could work for us, but would appreciate any and all advise you'd be willing to give.
So...that's my request. My thanks in advance for those who can lend some time and wisdom.
Blessings - Doug
