I'm in the UK and using wanadoo, and I get the same error - cannot find server.
I've looked at the whois for that domain:

When I ping ns1.digistylers.com, I can't get an IP for it, yet when I ping 69.72.155.132, I get responses.
I'm not sure if this helps - but I suspect it might be a problem with the nameserver?
I've had these problems with wanadoo before on other websites - although they normally get resolved after a day or so.
For some reason I cannot, but everyone else I have spoken to can, access my website - www.studentlifenet.co.uk
I just get "We can't find "studentlifenet.co.uk"" or
Gateway Timeout

I'm still downloading emails via Outlook Express though okay. I just cannot access the site either through Dreamweaver or through Internet Explorer (I haven't tried any other browsers).
My friend seems to think: "its still OK here - what I think has happened is that one of your ISPs domain name servers has gone offline"
