Don't like the way the menu "jumps" when I hover on an item
You need to add a character encoding type
Need to fix this in your CSS
Other than that... not much else there to comment on at the moment

Compared to the other sites you've posted, I like this one the best. Your markup is very clean, it seems you're gettting a handle on the xhtml css thing.
I would just re-word, "best and boldest". But that has nothing to do with design.
You're improving! Keep it up!
The text is displaying behind the menu section in Safari.
Looks nice, great colors!
Looks very nice and clean! *clap clap clap* /thumbsupsmiley.png" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="thumbsupsmiley.png" />
One thing I would change is the mouseover on the nav. I would change the background image on the a:hover to just a little bit lighter than the a:link. I don't care for the way the gradient flips.
This is a good start.
I would enlarge the hit area on your main nav if possible.
Since each button has such a large green box around it, perhaps you could make the hit area the size of the green box instead of just the words.
Nitpicky - but probably an improvement.
I agree with BrettRad about the link thing.
It should be as simple as adding
display:block;
to
It's also hard to red the "Web" in the image where it says "Web & Graphic Design"
I like the mirror- reflection thing.
I didn't notice it at first - that's nice /biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
I also agree with JoeM about the gradient flip,
but it's a nice site /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
Nice stuff. .. I'm bored of blue websites.
