Very informative site. The design itself seems a little lacking, though I can't quite put my finger on it.

I also noticed that Google Ads are on the right, and under the menu on the left. Are the ones under the left menu on purpose?

I agree with tim... the design seems... a bit dull when you scroll down the page.

There are ballballs (sp?) down the left which is nice, but it still seems a bit dull.

I might add a background colour to the links down the left. Make the whole cell clickable (display:blocK??) and add a mouseover.

I like the pages with pictures - they break it up and add colour - and would add more it if wasn't too hard... (though they always are hard to find!)

Is there any reason for having empty cells at the bottom of of the links table? It just looks a bit weird.
