No, I am sure not one person in a 100 would take it. Life's too short, and it is not clear what the benefit would be of downloading it anyway! And of course, you can't see the benefit unless you do it.
But do tell us a bit about your actual ministry!
Blessings

I have been to your site and have slow dial up. I did not download the pack since i was not sure what it was really. I read about it and then opted not to. For one thing I am getting broadband... if it works, next week (we are in an area that is iffy, but they are going to try us) I appreciate your wanting to help those of us in the no dsl, no broadband and only slow dial up cuntries (I live in Texas now!).
I do want to say I signed up at your site and think it is a great idea and wish you the best with it.

I might add that places like netmechanic.com have free gif optimizers that you could run your site through and then save the optimized versions to your system and upload them. Smaller file sizes help people on dialup too. I haven't actually checked your images for how big they are, this is a suggestion only.
My site (http://www.project62.com/) has an optional downloadable image pack, to help reduce bandwidth and to give our friends on dial-up a chance. But what do you think about it? Would you download it and use it, or is it just annoying?
