I like the pictures, but the text in the middle column is hard to read and easy to skip over.
Perhaps left aligned, an Arial font, darker color, and not bold.

Nice looking site, and makes me rethink my aversion to graphics - it certainly loads very quickly. But I suggest if I may that you provide some text to show what the links on the left are for. It is possible you know that a casual surfer may not realise they are links.
Is there a link telling a seeker something about your church? If there is I missed it.
