I think your site looks great. It is easy to navigate, even though I don't know Spanish.

The only thing I noticed was on the search results page:

There are links to the Wordpress site on the left that might confuse your visitors.

Not my particular style of design. But it works, for the simple fact that its user friendly. Not that i can read spanish but looks like it has a fair amount of content. Good to have podcasts these days so ya..

What's the purpose of the comments block on the sermon page? It's an interesting idea, but you might want to modify the name and email fields to make them fit a little better in the block.

Also, on the sermon page, might want to do a basic filter set of Preacher & Series and then have an "advanced" filter where they can search by book, keyword, date, etc.

Also for the individual sermon pages, might want to see if the pastor will give you a brief summary to post. That way when the bots come to index your site, they'll get specific information regarding the sermon.
