Best solution
MRBS has been the best solution I've found to allow members/leaders of the church to book rooms.
Other solutions would not easily manage multiple rooms, however MRBS does this easily. It is very customisable, can be themed easily, can manage resources etc.
It is also quite simple to use, however some usability could be improved.
