Anyone know why my computer is putting out some sort of power? When i click the mouse, my speakers pop, and if my phone is by the monitor, it randomly shuts off and back on. any ideas?

Anyone know a free hosting service that is on a linux server, has FTP, mysql, and php? Subdomains are fine, as long as they are simple, and not counter to a Christian Website. Anyone know of such a service?

I cannot enable clean urls. The option to turn it on is blacked out. When I run the clean url test, I get a 404 error. I don't know what I am doing wrong.
