I've usually had this problem with a page working on firefox on a mac and not IE on a pc but now it works in FF on a mac but not FF on a pc. Since I'm not in school anymore I don't know what to do. Can someone view the source code of both the html and css and tell me if you know how I can get it to work on a pc?
Thanks.
The page is:
http://www.alexandradesignonline.com/templates/res...
and if you are viewing it on a pc, all the elements that are outside the container (box) should be inside and lined up on the left. Not the edge but floating left.
I just attended the Geeks and God conference. People have told me about Joomla so I decided to try that first. I couldn't even figure out the installation and after searching I decided to try drupal since that's what the talked about at the conference. I'm a web designer and even the installation notes are like a foreign language to me.
I was recently at a communications meeting with designers from different churches in my area and one of the designers mentioned that she heard that 9 out of 10 people will go to a church website before walking into a church. I want to try to get my church to let me redesign their template-based website and I would like to read more about statistics like this. Prove to them how important it is to have a fresh look online that will give people an idea of how great our church really is and encourage them to visit.
