We've been using WordPress for our site for nearly two years. It's mostly a static site, but I want it to become more interactive. Ultimately, I want the rest of the staff to use it to post more frequently, at least weekly (or monthly, even every other blue moon...). However, they say that the interface for posting is too confusing; they don't know where to begin or what to do.
Any thoughts about plugins or workflow that could help them feel more comfortable using WP?
I have finally caught up with all the G&G podcasts, and while I envision a Drupal site someday (Fall 2010?), I'm dedicated to making the most of the WordPress site we launched a couple of years ago (www.5milechurch.org --- please, be gentle; it's not my day job).
