I develop on a Mac and (due to "company" policy) have to support IE6+.
I've used Windows 7 running VirtualBox (latest upgrade) and IETest.
Recently, the IE6 version in IETest has caused it to crash upon launch (7 & 8 run just fine).
Has anyone else experienced this? Suggestions? Any ideas of this is a virtualization problem or an IETest problem?
Any G&G members happen to work as webmasters in higher education?
Hello,
I'm iLuke (or just Luke) from CWM. I was an administrator in their forums before they merged with G&G.
I'll briefly introduce myself to this community:
This is very odd... wondering if someone can help me explain this.
When I serve the *exact same code* locally, I get one font size... when I serve it from a remote host, I get a different font size. The changes are subtle, but attached is a picture. [attachment=93:grab.tiff]
The top part is when viewing it on "localhost" and the bottom is from my dev server.
I have tried defining the fonts as both px and pt in the CSS. Again--this is the exact same code.
Any thoughts would be appreciated!
Luke

Hey all,
I've got a weird problem... whenever I add htaccess authentication within a directory on one of my sites, I always get redirected to my 404 page... anyone encountered this before?
Thanks,
Luke
