hi i am having a problem with this website http://www.3vistasdesign.com/smggi/node

I have created a news area using views and within the block on the right sidebar in the patient news and doctors news sections the text is not aligned properly missing a space out which should be there. This problem shows up in internet explorer but works fine in firefox. I have installed the ultimate css module and also amalgated css in the performance area. I have cleared the cache as well but none of this works can any suggest anything i am pulling out whats left of my hair here.
