My name is Jim, a.k.a. JAAulde. I was an admin at CWM for a few years but now the site is shutting down and we've merged with "Geeks and God".
I hope to fellowship here, learn from you, and contribute what I can.
I am a 32 year old Christian, born and raised in a Christian home. I am an active and involved member of Good News Presbyterian Church, a congregation of the ARP. I've been married for 11 years, have 3 boys aged 8, 10, and 14, and have a 5 year old daughter. We live in Hagerstown, MD and I work in Frederick MD. I'm a web devleoper by trade, working for a Christian owned company named Yakabod, Inc.
Hi all,
My pastor heard about, and asked me to look in to, Sermon Companion. On the surface, it looks like it will be pretty decent. But my concern is that he heard about it via an unsolicited email to one of his colleagues. Besides being unsolicited, the email was full of marketing speak. Looking through the website, I don't see anything wrong with it, but I wanted to find out if any of you had ever heard of or used the service.
Thanks,
Jim
