I need some help adding a new drupal block. I have the block setup w/ name, content, users cannot control visibility, no specific roles selected and then I have specific pages that the block should appear on. For some reason the block appears on admin pages (/admin...) but not on any of the user pages. Am I missing a step in creating this block that is causing it to not appear on the other pages?

We are considering switching to a VOIP phone system. We have the need for 5 external lines and 30-35 internal extensions. I am looking at using bandwidth.com. Has anyone here used them or does anyone have someone they would suggest?

We are a growing church and have basically outgrown our old PBX in terms of both the number of incoming lines it supports, the number of extensions it supports, and the amount of voicemail it will hold. So we are looking into getting a new phone system and one consideration would be getting an IP based system for our office.

Is there a way to see what issues have been fixed in the current -dev version of a module on Drupal.org? For example the Date module's -dev build is definitely more recent than the released version, but when I click on release notes it isn't any information relevant to what is fixed in that version.

I also know sometimes testing help is needed, and if there is a way to know what kind of testing needs to be done that is an area I could help with, just not sure how to find these things out.

I wanted to ping this group to see if there are any good suggestions regarding online calendaring systems. Currently we are using Drupal with Calendar/Date with the following pros and cons:
Pros:
-Tight/seamless integration into website
-Categories & Taxonomy allow for custom lists of events on various pages (eg the Children's ministry page shows only upcoming Children's ministry events.)
Cons:
-Issues with recurring events (times only show on first occurrence)
-Limits to ability to create exceptions to recurring events (like changes in worship schedule)
