So, what is the actual purpose of a Christian blog? Last weeks podcast got us thinking about that.
Is the purpose to get as many people to your blog as possible? Well, Christ DID ask us to make more disciples, so yes, I think that is one goal. But, what about quality relationship? Does too many people hurt the ability to form relationship on your blog? Maybe. So maybe less is better.
We really hope to hear your thoughts on this issue as Rob lays it all out there in this Geeks and God minicast.

I appreciated the distinction made in the mini-cast about blogging for information's sake or for the sake of relationships. I guess i'm a hybrid who does both though my main goal is relational. The clarification shed some light on the full-version podcast that helps me apply it to my own reasons and purposes for blogging.
